Scott Hester

Principal

Scott Hester helped launch Asa Carlton in 2003 as a commercial construction firm specializing in retail, hospitality, office, and healthcare interiors. Since then, he has built and maintained the company’s financial practices and procedures to ensure exceptional financial stability for clients, employees, vendors, and subcontractors. While he keeps a close and strategic eye on the company’s financial position for sustainable exponential growth, he continues to manage all the company’s banking relationships, as well as the insurance and bonding, and state licensing programs. With his and Brannon’s leadership, the company has grown to become one of the most respected and award-winning contractors in the country, providing the critical path scopes of work for just about any construction initiative, including exterior framing, sheathing, interior framing, drywall, acoustical, flooring, and fixture installations.

Prior to launching Asa Carlton, Scott gained extensive experience as a Project Manager and ultimately as the Director of Operations for a national industrial construction firm based out of Atlanta, GA. His particular areas of industry expertise include general industrial and commercial construction, specialty coatings, structural steel, roofing, and industrial insulation.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Brannon Floyd

Principal

Brannon Asa Floyd helped launch Asa Carlton in 2003 as a commercial construction firm specializing in retail, hospitality, office, and healthcare interiors. With his and Scott’s leadership, the company has grown to become one of the most respected and award-winning contractors in the country, providing the critical path scopes of work for just about any construction initiative, including exterior framing, sheathing, interior framing, drywall, acoustical, flooring and fixture installations. Brannon has more than two decades of experience in construction and project management for both local and national clients and continues to work exclusively in commercial construction and real estate.

Brannon has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mercer University.

Renee Graham

Director of Human Resources

Renee Graham has more than 25 years of experience championing human resource functions for a variety of organizations and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Renee brings valuable perspective and leadership to Asa Carlton’s business management team with particular expertise in human resource strategy, workplace planning and employment, employee advocacy and development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and legal compliance.

Renee has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Jarrod Crisp

Controller

Jarrod Crisp is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting. He joins Asa Carlton after leaving a large regional CPA firm, where he was a partner, to forge a new path in life. He brings a wealth of accounting experience, including tax compliance for corporate and individual clients, payroll and payroll tax compliance, sales tax compliance for multiple industries, retirement plan administration, and record keeping. In his previous role, Jarrod worked with numerous clients across a wide range of industries and is looking forward to focusing on the industry he has always admired and enjoyed.

Jarrod attended the University of Georgia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Bradley Martin

Executive Vice President

Bradley Martin is well respected for building long-lasting relationships with clients by consistently ensuring on-time, high-quality project completions. His commitment to working in close collaboration with his clients and his teams has given him nearly two decades of successful experience managing all phases of construction projects in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, with special focus on the retail, restaurant, healthcare, banking/financial, petroleum/c-store, warehouse/distribution, and automotive subsectors. After studying Business Administration at the University of Georgia, Bradley launched his career with a wide range of fast-paced projects, open store remodels, retail build-outs, tenant improvements, and commercial new construction projects. Bradley Martin joined the Asa Carlton team in 2016 as a Project Manager and now serves as Vice President. “I strongly believe the key success in our business is determined by the relationships we build.” -Bradley Martin

Greg Swinks is an expert in connecting business with construction. With more than 25 years of direct construction industry experience, Greg can craft specific solutions for each client. He began his career managing projects that serve office, industrial, healthcare, restaurant, and retail markets. Today, he excels in helping both our local and national clients find solutions for their growth and expansion needs.

Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Southern Tech. His resume of work in recent years includes numerous high-end restaurants, medical, dental practices, industrial and office construction. Greg’s vision and direction have helped Asa Carlton diversify its portfolio since joining the firm.

President

Nathan Artman’s vision for growth and sustainability is fundamental to Asa Carlton, Inc., success. Since joining Asa Carlton in 2005, Nathan has held multiple executive leadership roles and was promoted to President in 2018. Throughout his tenure, the company has seen sustainable growth in all lines of business. Nathan has a bachelor’s degree in Construction from Georgia Southern University.
