With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Chad Ricks brings a well-rounded perspective to his role as Director of Preconstruction at Asa Carlton. Chad’s expertise across a variety of project types allows him to deliver precise, detailed estimates while proactively identifying potential challenges before they impact timelines or budgets. Gary Reese

With over 15 years of recruiting experience across both civilian and military sectors, Gary Reese brings a disciplined, service-driven approach to his role as Recruiting Manager at Asa Carlton. For more than four years, he has focused on sourcing top talent across all departments within the company’s commercial construction operations. Known for his integrity and commitment to building strong relationships, Gary leads the recruitment function with a focus on quality, fit, and long-term success for both candidates and the company.

Katey Garner

Office Manager

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry—and over two decades dedicated to Asa Carlton—Katey Garner brings deep institutional knowledge and operational expertise to her role as Office Manager. Specializing in accounting, Katey plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and day-to-day efficiency of the office. Ricky Ford

Vice President of Operations – Multi-Site

As Vice President of Operations for Multi-Site projects, Ricky Ford brings a dynamic leadership style and a strategic mindset to every engagement. He specializes in overseeing complex, multi-location projects with a focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency. Ricky expertly balances client relationships, project execution, and growth-driven initiatives, ensuring that each rollout is delivered with precision and aligned with the client’s broader business goals. Scott Hester

Principal

Scott Hester helped launch Asa Carlton in 2003 as a commercial construction firm specializing in retail, hospitality, office, and healthcare interiors. Since then, he has built and maintained the company’s financial practices and procedures to ensure exceptional financial stability for clients, employees, vendors, and subcontractors. While he keeps a close and strategic eye on the company’s financial position for sustainable exponential growth, he continues to manage all the company’s banking relationships, as well as the insurance and bonding, and state licensing programs. With his and Brannon’s leadership, the company has grown to become one of the most respected and award-winning contractors in the country, providing the critical path scopes of work for just about any construction initiative, including exterior framing, sheathing, interior framing, drywall, acoustical, flooring, and fixture installations.

Prior to launching Asa Carlton, Scott gained extensive experience as a Project Manager and ultimately as the Director of Operations for a national industrial construction firm based out of Atlanta, GA. His particular areas of industry expertise include general industrial and commercial construction, specialty coatings, structural steel, roofing, and industrial insulation.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Brannon Floyd

Principal

Brannon Asa Floyd helped launch Asa Carlton in 2003 as a commercial construction firm specializing in retail, hospitality, office, and healthcare interiors. With his and Scott’s leadership, the company has grown to become one of the most respected and award-winning contractors in the country, providing the critical path scopes of work for just about any construction initiative, including exterior framing, sheathing, interior framing, drywall, acoustical, flooring and fixture installations. Brannon has more than two decades of experience in construction and project management for both local and national clients and continues to work exclusively in commercial construction and real estate.

Brannon has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mercer University.

Renee Graham

Director of Human Resources

Renee Graham has more than 25 years of experience championing human resource functions for a variety of organizations and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Renee brings valuable perspective and leadership to Asa Carlton’s business management team with particular expertise in human resource strategy, workplace planning and employment, employee advocacy and development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and legal compliance.

Renee has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Jarrod Crisp

Controller

Jarrod Crisp is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting. He joins Asa Carlton after leaving a large regional CPA firm, where he was a partner, to forge a new path in life. He brings a wealth of accounting experience, including tax compliance for corporate and individual clients, payroll and payroll tax compliance, sales tax compliance for multiple industries, retirement plan administration, and record keeping. In his previous role, Jarrod worked with numerous clients across a wide range of industries and is looking forward to focusing on the industry he has always admired and enjoyed.

Jarrod attended the University of Georgia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Bradley Martin

Executive Vice President

Bradley Martin is well respected for building long-lasting relationships with clients by consistently ensuring on-time, high-quality project completions. His commitment to working in close collaboration with his clients and his teams has given him nearly two decades of successful experience managing all phases of construction projects in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, with special focus on the retail, restaurant, healthcare, banking/financial, petroleum/c-store, warehouse/distribution, and automotive subsectors.

After studying Business Administration at the University of Georgia, Bradley launched his career with a wide range of fast-paced projects, open store remodels, retail build-outs, tenant improvements, and commercial new construction projects. Bradley Martin joined the Asa Carlton team in 2016 as a Project Manager and now serves as Vice President.

Nathan has a bachelor’s degree in Construction from Georgia Southern University. He is involved in multiple trade associations and the Chairman’s Club for the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.
